Since the mid 1980’s Golden Equipment Company has taken an approach unlike most other dealers in our industry. Our Team
Mark Golden, President
Mark entered the business in 1984 with Bob Golden, Sr. as a partner in Golden Equipment. Golden Equipment’s primary business was sewer equipment. Mark and Bob, Jr. dedicated time and money to grow an area that had no Aries representation, and in 1998, purchased Golden Equipment from Bob Golden, Sr. In 1998, Mark became President of Golden Equipment, and Bob Golden, Jr. took the role of Vice President. As of January 2008, Mark and Bob Jr. are sole owners of Golden Equipment Company.
Robert Golden Jr., Vice-President
Bob, Jr. originally entered the business in a support role upon graduating from University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. As mentioned, Bob has had an ownership responsibility since 1992. Bob oversees and manages all internal fiscal responsibilities and provides the internal sales function for the Aries Sewer Cameras. Bob constantly monitors and manages the financial health of the company on a day-to-day basis.
Jason Capizzi, Vice-President Sales/General Manager
Jason started his employment with Golden Equipment in February 2014. His previous sales experience was in the insurance industry and residential security sales. A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Criminology major and Sociology minor. Also an All-American collegiate football player who played 4 years in the NFL and 2 years in the UFL. Member of the 2009 Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers. His work ethic and sales knowledge go hand in hand in supplying customers with the best possible service day in and day out. Zacch Golden, Accounts Manager
Zacch Golden has been with Golden Equipment Company for the past two years working as our Area Sales Manager. As of January 1, 2016 Zacch will assume a new role with our sister company Municipal Contracting Services. Municipal Contracting understands that you as the customer will always have a need to keep your roads clean to protect our areas waterways. We also understand that budget constraints have made it difficult for some municipalities to own their own Tymco sweeper. We are prepared to help you out in this situation. Municipal Contracting Services has an enormous fleet of rentals and machines with operators to get the job done FOR YOU. Hurry up and book your sweeper for Spring cleanup now. Mitchell has been with the company for the past 6 years now in his Human Resources role within the company.
Kurt has been with Golden Equipment since 1998 when he was hired as the parts and service manager. He served in that role until the two departments split in 2015 due to expansion. Ross Stafford, Vice President of Sales

Jason started with Golden Equipment Company Inc. in the spring of 2010 as a technician at our Mars, PA facility. Jason was promoted to service manager in 2015. As service manager, Jason leads both of Golden Equipment Companies repair facilities, while maintaining a strong relationship with our customers to ensure excellent customer service.
Paul Olean started working with Golden Equipment in 2008. His career started as a mechanic/fabricator for our main product lines. In 2012 Golden Equipment decided to move repairs of camera and tractor systems in-house as much as possible to reduce down time for our customers. Since 2012, Pauls' main focus has been camera, tractor, and pipeline inspection CCTV system repairs. Paul has been factory trained to repair the Tymco and Aries equipment we sell here at Golden Equipment.

Jim started his career with Golden Equipment in April 2021. His previous sales experience came from the Abrasion Resistant Steel industry. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a bachelors degree in hospitality management. Jim has a large knowledge of our product lines and equipment, and can help with any equipment needs within the Western Pa territory.
